L.A. No Longer Congestion Capitol
Inrix Inc. is out with a new scorecard of traffic congestion, and it appears that Honolulu has surpassed Los Angeles as the most congested city in the United States. The study also revealed a startling 30 percent drop in traffic congestion in 2011.
